The Primal Reset is strategically designed in a way to create changes that will live beyond any “challenge” or fad movement. What you will learn and what you will push through will impact every area of your life from your mindset, your body, your relationships and your impact.
This Reset will cover the 3 pillars of the Primal King movement; Liberation, Lifestyle and Legacy.
The LIBERATION Phase:
During the Liberation phase, you will complete a series of daily tasks that will strengthen your mindset. Most of us have become soft, apathetic and weak. It may be hard to hear but we are blessed to have so many modern conveniences that most of us will have a melt down if we are served the wrong latte. If we want to be the best version of ourselves, it will ALWAYS start with mindset and these daily tasks will put you on the path to withstand any adversity that may come your way.
The LIFESTYLE Phase:
The Lifestyle phase is built in a way to continue strengthening your mindset while also focusing on the things that make us want to get up every morning fulfilled. With our busy lives and constant striving for material accolades, it’s easy to lose sight of our most precious relationships and what actually makes up happy. During this phase, you will be forced to engage in meaningful relationships while disengaging (for a short period each week) from the superficial and shallow online ones.
The LEGACY Phase:
Most of us get so busy trying to provide for ourselves that we lose sight of the things that are bigger than us. During the Legacy phase, we will be doing two tasks that will leave an impact beyond ourselves. It is simple; if we want the world to be a better place we have to focus less on ourselves and more on contribution.
NOTHING in the Primal Reset is complicated. There will be a small number of daily tasks that will be completed in each phase. At the end of 90 days, you will have improved your mental toughness, you will have created deeper relationships and you will have started building a legacy beyond yourself.

WHO THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR:
-Those who want to create healthy habits that will promote a better life
-Those who have lacked a clear, simple structure to get real results
-Those that may be living a materially “successful” life but don’t feel like they are fulfilled
-Those that have gotten complacent with their body, relationships or thinking beyond themselves
WHO THIS CHALLENGE ISN’T FOR:
-Complainers, whiners and quitters. This challenge will take fortitude and if you are someone that will quit as soon as it gets hard, save yourself the time and start when you WILL commit.
-Those who are looking for a “change your life overnight” fix. Our lives are built on our habits and habits take time to form. Some patience is required.
-Cheaters. This challenge is for you and only you. If you cheat, it won’t hurt me or anyone else in the group. It will simply prevent you from getting the results and it would be better to wait until you can be honest about completing the tasks.
Liberation Phase (Day 1-30)
-30 minute workout every day
-1 minute of cold water every day
-Read 15 PHYSICAL pages of a non-fiction book (business or self-development/mindset is best)
-Drink at least half of your bodyweight in ounces of water every day
-10 minutes of silence
-Intermittent fast on at least a 16/8 eating window
Lifestyle Phase (Day 31-60)
-30 minute workout every day
-Read 15 PHYSICAL pages of a non-fiction book (business or self-development/mindset is best)
-Drink at least half of your bodyweight in ounces of water every day
-10 minutes of silence
-Intermittent fast on at least a 16/8 eating window
-Dedicate 2 HOURS per week on meaningful relationships (this will be tracked and it can be with a spouse, kids, family members, friends, etc.)
-Choose 1 full day to disconnect from social media each week
-No alcohol
Legacy Phase (Day 61-90)
-30 minute workout every day
-Read 15 PHYSICAL pages of a non-fiction book (business or self-development/mindset is best)
-Drink at least half of your bodyweight in ounces of water every day
-10 minutes of silence
-Intermittent fast on at least a 16/8 eating window
-Dedicate 2 HOURS per week on meaningful relationships (this will be tracked and it can be with a spouse, kids, family members, friends, etc.)
-Choose 1 full day to disconnect from social media each week
-No alcohol
-1 hour per week doing something that will live beyond you (journaling, podcasting, book writing, etc.)
-Commit to ONE thing during this 30 day period that will better your community. (volunteer to coach a sport, help at the food bank, pick up trash on a highway, etc.)
